Recently created for the Digital Art challange at ocgfx.
The challenge was to make a poster of your favourite band or movie, and a hide a picture of yourself in it.

I was too lazy to fix this at the time, but after remedying another design flaw I discovered in Opera, I decided to do something about it, and really, it was totally simple.

Back in the UK we don’t have fire hydrants, but here in Brooks Alberta, there are hundreds of decorated fire hydrants, painted by kids.
Yesterday Shanny and myself took a walk to the superstore, taking pictures of all the fire hydrants we found along the way. When the weather warms up a bit, we intend to venture into residential areas and take some more pics (I’m guessing there must be loads more hidden away).
Hope you enjoy them. My favourite has to be R2D2

text-indent: -9999px; not working

I wanted to use this method to hide the hyperlink text while displaying an image, but it wasn’t having any effect. I messed around with the stylesheet trying to locate the problem, and finally figured out that the containing element had the property and value text-align:right;, and it was conflicting (for some reason) with the text-indent value. Including text-align:left; along with text-indent: -9999px; resolved the conflict, and the text disappeared
